We are offering 2 premium, exceptionally large ensuite rooms on a flexible, short-term let (approx. 4 months) to cover the winter period.

This is ideal for a seasonal professional, a short-term contractor, or someone in between house moves who needs a high-quality, zero-hassle base in central Blackpool (FY1).

We are a professional couple with a quiet, clean, and respectful home. We are looking for a like-minded, tidy, and responsible professional. (We are also happy to discuss long-term agreements for those seeking a permanent home).

THE ROOM & OFFER:

Short-Term Let: Approx. 4 months, available immediately.

Special Price: £625 per calendar month (or £145/week) Winter OFFER

Alternatively we the room is available for £675 (all bills included for 12 Months or more)

ALL Bills Included: Gas, Electric, Water, Council Tax, Wi-Fi.

Fully Furnished: Just bring your suitcase. Includes a desk and dedicated wardrobe.

Huge Space: The room is approx. 3.5m x 6m with a 3m high ceiling and a large private ensuite.

Parking: Optional, for an additional fee.

SHARED AREAS:

You will have full access to a comfortable living/dining room.

You also have full use of the large, modern kitchen, including all utensils, pots, and pans (though you are welcome to bring your own).

ABOUT YOU:

Strictly single occupancy only (no couples).

Must be a clean, tidy, and respectful professional.

References from an employer are required.

This is not a party house, but a quiet, friendly home.
