We are seeking a quiet, respectful professional for an exceptionally large, premium ensuite room in our home, located in the central FY1 6DY area.
We are a professional couple who value a clean, quiet, and respectful home environment. We are letting two rooms in our home long-term (this being the first) and are looking for a like-minded individual to create a peaceful, friendly, and mature household.
THE ROOM: Exceptionally spacious (approx. 3.5m x 6m) with a 3-metre high ceiling, making it bright and airy. The room is so large it's almost a studio (minus the kitchen/living, which are separate). It includes a large 2m x 3m private ensuite bathroom. It's fully furnished, including a desk (see photos), and a dedicated wardrobe is available for your sole use right next to your bedroom entrance. You're welcome to bring your own items. The generous size is perfect for a Work From Home professional.
SHARED AREAS: You will have full access to a modern, shared kitchen and a comfortable living/dining area.
LOCATION: Located centrally in FY1, the house is ideal for professionals, with easy access to the city centre, shops, bars, and convenient for staff at Blackpool Victoria Hospital or nearby care homes.
RENT, DEPOSIT & TERMS: ALL Bills Included (Gas, Electric, Water, Council Tax, high-speed Wi-Fi). The Standard Rate is £170 per week (payable weekly). The Deposit is £850 (5 weeks' rent). Parking is available on request for an additional monthly fee.
SPECIAL LONG-TERM OFFER: We are looking for long-term lodgers. For a 12-month agreement, we offer a preferential, discounted rate of £675 per calendar month.
ABOUT YOU: We are looking for a lodger who is clean, tidy, and respectful. Strictly single occupancy only (no couples). Occasional, respectful visitors are welcome, provided they do not disturb the household. Crucial references will be required (from a current employer). Landlord/estate agent references are beneficial but not essential.
