I'm looking for a professional female lodger to rent my spare room in my recently renovated 3 bed terrace in Layton.
Very clean, tidy, newly decorated and well-equipped.

Victoria hospital is approx. 17 minute walk. Stanley Park, Blackpool Sports Centre, Kingscote park and Layton village are all a short walking distance away and both Blackpool North and Layton Train stations are close by. There are also handy bus route/connections too

The bright cosy double bedroom is furnished with double bed & new mattress, bedside table, lots of storage with under bed drawers, chest of drawers and alcove wardrobe with shelves and clothes rail, plus a smart TV

The house has a modern kitchen with everything you'd need; washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and useful kitchen appliances like air fryer, blender, slow cooker etc

The shared bathroom has a bath with electric shower over.

Rent includes all utility bills (subject to fair usage), council tax and 3 Broadband

Outdoors is a sunny “yarden” with outdoor seating area and at the front there is plenty of free street parking.

I'm looking for a professional who will enjoy a clean, quiet and respectful home. This is best suited to someone working regular daytime hours outside the home and looking for a peaceful place to relax rather than a house share with a busy social scene.

Mon - Fri let also considered for £395/month
