Large room in a family house

Large double room , brand new double bed replaced old one after last ppl in the room destroyed it no carpet down currently as had to pull tbat up also but I will get it refitted asap there is only myself and my son who lives here its well lived in hut clean and quite includes all bills and wifi full use of kitchen and bathroom witch has a bath and shower this is a basic house no frills but is quite warm and comfortable and includes all bills there is no bond but 2 months rent is payable the day you move in , working people only I will not except benifits take to long to come through currently being redecorated for new person to move in
