Newly fitted double-glazed windows are dressed in either matching vertical blinds to the rear of the property or horizontal wooden blinds to the front.

The bathroom is bedecked in modern cladding & ceramic tile flooring & comprises an L-shaped bath with dual shower fittings, a sink with illuminated mirror, w/c, towel radiator and floating storage cupboard.

There is a range of cool lighting options throughout the property, from ceiling spots in the kitchen & bathroom, to dimmable chandeliers and mood lighting in the shared areas & bedrooms.

Housemates will be expected to keep shared areas clean & tidy at all times out of respect for each other but the rent does also include the cost of a fortnightly clean to the shared areas ie. kitchen, living & dining room, utility room, hall, landings, stairs and bathroom. Housemates are responsible for looking after their own bedrooms. Each housemate is allowed to have a friend/partner stay over 1 night a week at weekends as long as the friend does not make a nuisance of themselves or disrespects the home or other housemates.

Only working individuals or mature students should apply; and only people who will understand the importance of reasonable house rules relating to tidiness, cleanliness, privacy and noise.
