Modern clean home buckshaw village

My modern 4 bedroomed home is 5 min walk to Buckshaw Parkway train station, with amenities such as Tesco/Aldi there too. I am a professional single female who mostly works from home.

My property has space for x1 more car on a private drive, it has superfast 500MB mesh broadband and has a single bed and cupboard space available in the room as shown in pictures. This room includes a shower en-suite. There is also another spare room which can be used as an office if you wish - which includes a simple desk and chair.

I am open to allowing you to bring your own double bed and I will move the single bed out into a spare room if you prefer.

Please Note: I have a sausage dog named Brian who is friendly and will be in my room/office most of the day. Quiet hours are between 9pm and 7am as my dog sleeps in a crate in the kitchen.

I am seeking a female to rent the room.
