It includes double fan assisted/convection oven, gas hob, Fridge Freezer, kettle, Toaster and all cuttlery, cups, tea towels and we even provide a welcome basket to keep you topped up with washing up liquid ect... The kitchen features a huge breakfast bar.
The kitchen leads to a large lounge with comfy leather sofa and Flatscreen TV.
There is a lovely new shower room with heated towel rail, toilet and washbasin.
There are gardens to front and a large rear garden.
Your whole property is heated by gas central heating which is serviced and maintained.

Burnley town centre is only a five minute stroll with all the shops, restaurants and pubs you need.
