We are proud to present a newly refurbished, 4 double bedroom, 3 bathroom house share on BERRY ST in Burnley.
Two of the bedrooms are en-suite, and the other 2 bedrooms share a communal bathroom. The bedroom furnishings include, double bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, bedside cabinet and chest of drawers.
The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with everything you need such as pots, pans, cutlery, crockery etc so you can cook up a feast or simply pop a ready meal in the microwave.
There is also a communal living room so you can relax in front of the tv after a hard days work.
The idea is that you arrive with your bag, towels and bedding, everything else is provided.
The house is located on Berry Street which is in easy reach of Burnley UCLAN and Manchester Road train station. The Centre of town is just a 15 minute walk away and offers a selection of bespoke retailers, restaurants, bars and supermarkets.
To make it even easier for you all of the household bills are included in the rental price, you will have access to complimentary high speed WIFI and once a month the communal areas will have receive a deep clean to help you keep on top of the chores!
