Double room in friendly houseshare

Hello there! I'm Lesley and I'm a doctoral researcher based in Burnley. I'm looking to rent out a room in a friendly and relaxed two-bedroomed houseshare from the end of May onwards.

The house comes fully furnished and has everything you'd expect - washing machine, tumble dryer, lots of storage and a few bonus things like a piano and air fryer :)

I work quite long hours but like to go climbing, swimming and hiking at the weekends. The ideal person would be a female (student or professional), friendly, tidy, independent and fond of plants, as there's a small garden outside.

Other things worth mentioning:
- 5 mins to train station.
- 5 mins to x43 Manchester bus.
