All rooms have been fully refurbished, are furnished and carpeted - as is the communal area which has a as cooker/hob, microwave, pots/pans, dinner service, cutlery/utensils, toaster, kettle and white goods. All you need to bring is yourself, your clothes, bedding and towels - everything else is supplied for you.

Each bedroom is fitted with a double bed & mattress, double wardrobe, drawers, bedside cabinet and desk/chair, so everything you need for a comfy life.

To help our tenants further we include all the household bills in the price of the monthly rent, so there aren’t any unexpected bills at the end of the month. We also provide complimentary high speed wifi, and a monthly communal cleaner to help out.
