Here we have a shared house comprising fully furnished 6 en-suite double rooms and 2 flats. Ideal for NHS staff, Teachers, Lecturers, Business and Medical Professionals. Short-term lets considered but rates are higher so please ask. All bills are included in the price. (Council Tax/Gas/electric/water/TV Licence/Internet - included in the price)

We are preferably looking for working professionals. The building is under Licence by the Local Authority for one person per room. As such our insurance reflects the same. NO COUPLES OR PETS.

I can send you videos of the rooms and communal kitchen. Please do remember shared accommodation is not for everyone and you need to be able to live with others, respect each other, it’s common sense. If it is not for you then please ask me for any flats we may have locally.

Fully furnished as you can see from the pictures and includes a wall-mounted TV in every room.

Each room has its own bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, chair and bedside cabinet. The en-suites have a shower enclosure, WC and sink. The rooms have access to a large shared kitchen and dining area and a fridge freezer for each tenant. There are 2 sinks, 4 washer/dryer, 2 cooking ranges, microwave, kettle and toaster amongst other items. There is CCTV covering all internal communal areas including the entrance for your safety and to protect our house. Only for single occupation in each room (I cannot stress this enough, the building is under licence by the local authority and our insurance reflects the same and we are strict on this)

Located in Chorley, the postcode is PR7 so you can do your own research into the area to see if it works for you. Other information: it is very close to the Chorley Hospital, Chorley town centre, local transport links, shops and amenities are all close by.
