Double room to rent

Double room available to rent from the 18th March 2023. I like the quiet life, just looking for likewise, honest, reliable, trustworthy and tidy individual to help cover costs of property since eldest daughter has moved out.

There's a large back garden with various fruit plants and trees (pears, raspberries blueberries etc) there's also a greenhouse available for use. I have a small house trained, friendly dog who has his own place in the garden for the toilet that is well maintained.

House is fully furnished (including the room to rent) , there's a small room available for use as office or storage if needed for additional cost. Dining area, shared living room, bathroom and kitchen utilities such as washing machine, cooker, microwave and all bathroom facilities etc all readily equipped and available for use whenever.

You'll find me a very easy going individual who keeps myself to myself.

Strictly no smoking in the home but smokers welcome to rent as long as smoking kept outside.

Pet friendly so pets are welcome as long as house trained and friendly.

Parking available.

Property in short walking distance of town and there's also a supermarket, as well as takeaways and convenience stores just around the corner.

I would prefer females to apply, as I have had a bad experience living with males in the past.
