I am looking to rent one of my spare rooms from the 20th August. I currently have two lodgers, one is leaving soon, hence the availability.

It is a four bed detached house on a nice estate in Chorley with garden and parking available.

There is a bathroom on the first floor that is for shared use for two people.

The house is close to local supermarkets, pubs and public transport facilities with links to Preston and manchester. It is also well located for motorway access.

Close to the town centre but with easy access to green space, with plenty of nice walks nearby.

I have a hot tub that is available for use and is included in the price.

There is a local gym on the estate.
