TO MOVE IN
One month's rent and a £400 deposit. No admin fee, no referencing fee, no renewal fee. Your deposit is protected with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme and the prescribed information comes to you within 30 days.

NO FIXED TERM
The tenancy runs monthly and you give two months' notice whenever you want to leave. You are not tied into a year.

GETTING TO WORK
Clitheroe station is a few minutes' walk from the front door.
- Blackburn: 24 minutes on a direct train, roughly every 45 minutes from 06:21 to 23:42
- Preston: about 25 minutes by car up the A59
- Burnley: about 21 minutes by car
