Double room,Preston PR1,Stunning property/location

Hi, I'm renting out my double room in a large semi-detached house share. The room is furnished with a double bed and loads of storage space in the fitted wardrobes and drawers.

The whole house has been recently renovated/decorated and has an open plan ground floor (living/kitchen/dining space). It's truly stunning. Double drive to front of the house, and huge south facing garden to rear. It's in a quiet cul-de-sac, PR1 postcode. It's 10 mins into town and 30 seconds to junction 31 M6 (tickle trout).

There is one housemate currently in the house Am looking for a professional or student, who is clean/tidy and respectful to rent the remaining room. As you can see from the photos the house is stunning and has underfloor heating, self-cleaning oven, dishwasher etc

I've had housemates before, both full time and weekdays only and am happy with either. Happy to accommodate someone who likes their own space or if you are sociable. NO pets though. Couples welcome at an extra premium of £200 to cover bills etc

I like walking, cycling, football, cooking, music, films and the odd console game.
