Ideally located for NAUTICAL COLLEGE for Mates and Masters students.
2 fully furnished double bedrooms. The master bathroom will be used for the 2 guest rooms only.. There is use of the lounge, dining room, kitchen, garden.
The house is a modern build with unlimited broadband and sky TV available in the lounge.
I work from home so will be around a lot of the time.
The house is located in a great area, 2 minutes from Fleetwood Highstreet and 5 Minutes from the beach. It's also only a few minutes from Fleetwood Nautical College so is perfect for students.
I've previously had students both long term and short term in and understand the pressures the college puts on you, and would prefer college students.

I'm looking for professionals and non smokers. I do have a rabbit who lives indoors (downstairs) so if you have allergies then its not for you.

Rent will include most bills, excluding food and laundry. I'm a fairly relaxed professional, I lead a fairly quiet life so no house parties, and i'm looking for someone who is similar.
