You will be house sharing with 2 male Deck cadets already on a course.
Deck or ETO cadet preferred.
Rent £80 per week[the £85 set out below is the 2024 price] plus share of gas and electricity. You must be a student at the nautical college [Deck or ETO preferred] and if you are interested would you please tell us your own course name and dates.
The bedroom you will be renting is BEDROOM 2, as described below.

After Christmas 2023 the next vacancy is from JANUARY 2025 and is for the whole house - 3 nautical college cadets - for up to the full college year from January 2025.

Renting is as a house, and not by the room. Average is £85 for 3, and pay for gas and electricity as used - this is a compact well-insulated modern house with low energy usage.

With the benefit of the Government help payment of £66 per month the cost of gas and electricity for November 2022 was £5.50 per week for the whole house [£1.83 each for 3].

and for month ending 25 March was £41.68 for the month [£3.23 per week each for 3].

Nautical College cadets only. We ask for one week's rent in advance [or part of one week's rent] when booking and a second week's rent later in the year. We do not ask for a deposit if you are Deck or ETO.

By the side of Fleetwood Marina and overlooking the Marina water. No public road at the property front.
A short walk across the swingbridge to McDonalds on the Freeport, Home Bargains and a bit further to Asda.
About a mile and a half from College.

One normal family bathroom; plus there is an en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom [bedroom number 1] plus there is a downstairs cloaks/wc i. e. 3 toilets for 3 cadets.

2 private parking spaces at the side of the block.
Small gardens front and rear. We mow the lawns.
Bike/potting shed.
