Vacancy from Now for one C Tax empt cadet

Due to a non-arrival we have an immediate vacancy for ONE CADET only from now, January 2024, and up to July/August 2024-
to join the current group of 3 Phase 3 cadets. They are 2 males and one female. The person joining them MUST be a student at Fleetwood nautical college and must be exempt from paying Council Tax.
When applying to us please state the name of your course and its dates.

The vacant bedroom is bedroom number 3 - a double room with double bed.

The NEXT VACANCY for the FULL HOUSE for 4 cadets is from September 2025.

From September 2024 the rent for the house will be £320 per week, and pay for gas and electricity as used.

Nautical college cadets only. Full academic year from September 2024with Deck and ETO cadets preferred.

Private driveway parking. 2 bathrooms.

We do not ask for deposits from Deck officer cadets and ETOs and there are no other start-up costs.
We ask for two weeks' rent in advance [the first week's rent, or part of the first week's rent, at or close to the date of booking, and the other at an agreed later date before you arrive]. They kick in as your first weeks' rents when you arrive; and nothing is then held by us.

All in all we don't think you will get a better house or better value than what we offer.

A much extended semi in a tree lined avenue just off Highbury Avenue. Close to the Aldi supermarket and the no. 14 bus route to the College.

Downstairs is shower/wc room.

All bedrooms are carpeted doubles with double beds and have the usual desk, chair and lamp. We provide all bedding inc duvet and 3 towels per person.

Overlooks front of the house. has 7 doors of fitted robes in light ash plus matching 6 dressing table drawers. 4ft 6ins bed. TV socket.

BEDROOM 2
Overlooks the rear of the house. has 7 doors of fitted robes in pine over 2 walls plus a 3rd wall with matching overhead top boxes. 4ft 6ins bed. TV socket.

BEDROOM 3
Dual aspect overlooking both front and rear. Has triple door wardrobe; top box and underbed storage space. Has 4ft double bed.

BEDROOM 4
Downstairs. Looking out over the front of the house - stone bay. 2 door wardrobe. 4 ft. double bed. Top box and underbed storage space.

- OUTDOORS -

DRIVEWAY - long and double width. Can take 3 cars with entry and exit for all 3 without having to move any of the other cars.
Room to walk around the car when washing it with the hose.

GARDEN AREAS
New [2022] decking and seating area and new [2022] wooden Garden Room.

GARAGE
The garage houses the freezer and the tumble dryer. It is also "the bike shed".
