Our house has been newly renovated with new flooring and paintwork. There is one inside bathroom upstairs with a shower over bath, and an outside toilet.
The garden is a good size, is sheltered and gets plenty of sun
Well behaved dogs may be considered with an additional pet deposit (to clean carpets as required). Unfortunately we cannot accept cats due to our dog chasing cats- we wouldn’t want either animal living under stress.
We have a 3 year old German shepherd who can be nervous with new people, so you will need to be confident around big dogs. She’s very friendly once she becomes used to you, but she won’t be there full time.
