Semi detached dormer bungalow in quiet street on Fulwood/Ashton border with parking on drive Broadband and utility bills included. Gardens to front back and large garden to side. Bus at the end of the street 10min bus ride into Preston and University and RPH. Short drive to Warton. Occupants friendly but respectful of each others privacy.
