SIZE : This is best described as a small double, and therefore great value for the low rent. It is a good shape, allowing for a full sized double bed plus lots of other furniture. And don't forget the extra storage just outside the room for non valuables (suitcases etc)

In the opposite direction, you are in Preston City Centre in 6 minutes and the bus station in just 12. From the bus station the train station is 15 minutes' walk. The 23 bus also takes you to Asda and Booths Supermarkets very easily. Sainsbury's is walking distance and Morrisons is 10 minutes' drive. (About 2 miles)

PARKING : There is lots of on street parking available and a small car park 15 metres from the property.

TENANTS : There are FOUR other tenants, mixed, all sociable, friendly professionals.

FACILITIES : There is a shared living room with Virgin Broadband WiFi available across the whole house. The living room is a friendly, sociable area with 2 comfortable sofas, coffee table, occasional table, TV unit and HD TV. Carpeted floor. Always kept clean and tidy.

There is a large shared kitchen - there is a washing machine, double fridge freezer and also two single fridges.

There is a shared bathroom. This has been refurbished with marble style walls and it has a bath as well as an electric shower which provides a hot shower instantly.

There is also a clean, large courtyard. While no smoking or vaping is allowed in the house itself, the courtyard is an acceptable area for doing this.

This is a very sociable house where the tenants all seem to get on very well, both male & female tenants are welcome.

All bills are included for this very reasonable price. Council Tax, Water, Gas, Electricity, WIFI Broadband and there is a TV licence for the communal areas.
