Large single room coming available 1st August. This room will be newly refurbished, repainted, new carpet and furniture, complete with all new bedding supplied.
It as a built in wardrobe with shelving , and will have a large drawer storage unit and unit or desk with drawers. There is also an enclosed shower unit for your own use.
The room has an ariel connection for tv (tv can be supplied if you don't have your own) ALL HOUSEHOLD BILLS AND INTERNET ARE INCLUDED, EXCEPT PHONE.
You will have your own key for your room and can lock it when out and also when you are in.
Candles or burning of any substances are not allowed. Other Electrical items are not permitted with permission from the landlady, this is for the safety of all in the house. This is a STRICTLY no smoking household.
The room is strictly for one person only, others are not permitted to stay.
This is a quiet, pleasant and friendly household and not suitable for anyone that wants to party, take drugs or drink excessive alcohol.
This is a professional household with everyone respecting each others space and being polite and well mannered towards each other. There are general house rules which are to be followed for the comfort and safety of everyone living here. Please feel free to ask any questions.
