Part furnished double South facing room available in a 3 bed home.
In the bedroom there will be storage of an inbuilt cupboard, free standing wardrobe, dressing table with mirror and side cabinet. You can bring your own bed. There is space for an additional rail/ wardrobe if you want to bring one.
The house has a shared living room, shared bathroom and kitchen/ diner. There's a front and back low maintenance yards also.
I work away a lot so am looking for a reliable, trustworthy, clean and respectful housemate- someone who communicates well.
I'd prefer someone who routinely works out of the home and is active/ has hobbies. You're welcome to occasionally have friends or family over.
The area is great and my neighbours are delightful; it's a friendly community with helpful people. A regular bus stop is less than 1 minute away as well as the high street and shops being a short walk away. Parks are a plenty as well as cafés and pubs.
Rent will include the bills but if consumption is significantly higher than the average, I will have to revise the cost with notice when the billing companies notify me of the changes (Bills: Water, gas, council tax, electric, T. V. license, internet and home insurance).
