Really Cute Flat by the Sea

Hi there,

My son is grown and moved out, so his room just became available. The room is a double bedroom, that comes fully furnished. Most bills are included, and this includes WiFi.

We are on the ground floor, so it is accessible for people with mobility issues. With a great outdoor garden, that is lovely in the summer.

I am a university student, so I’m in Manchester 3 days a week. Otherwise when I am home, it’s a very quiet flat, for someone needing a nice little sanctuary. I am a clean person, so I expect the same in return.

There is laundry in the house, and a large fridge freezer to share. And a dishwasher. Your room comes with a television, but if you want a tv license, that’s something you will need to get. Otherwise the main living area has a large screen tv, with Netflix, prime, and now tv. I spend most time in my room, so you’re free to enjoy the space at your leisure.

I have a dog, who is the sweetest guy you will ever meet! He doesn’t bark or bite, and is friendly with 99% of people he meets.

Please no smokers, as I have asthma and it causes issues. Also no substance use allowed, as this a dealbreaker.

I would prefer another female, who is a student of working.
