Located on St Georges Quay in the new build estate of St Georges Walk there is a partially furnished room to rent in a 3 bedroomed house.
The house is in walking distance to Lancaster City Centre, bus station and train station, millennium bridge, and parking is available within the estate. We are close to the M6 and have two superb restaurants on out doorstep.
I work full time and have a daughter aged 5 anyone interested would need to be comfortable with sharing with kids and 2 cats.
Bills covered include wifi, gas, electricity and water.
Billing arrangements can be discussed so if you have different requirements please get in touch and we will see if we can accomodate these too.
