Available to rent is a 5 bedroom house in Lancaster only 7 minutes away from Lancaster train station and the city centre in a quiet residential street.

The rooms come fully furnished with bed, wardrobes, chest of drawers etc. There is a lot of storage in the whole house including the basement.

Currently there are four girls living in the house all postgrads PhDs and Professionals. One room or potentially two rooms are available from 1st October and will suit a professional or a PhD candidate.

There is a shared living room in the basement.

There are two bathrooms in the house one with bath tub and the other one is a walk in shower.

Both bathrooms have toilets attached so two toilets in total.
