Double Room to let

I'm am looking to let double rooms in my property, Bedroom 1 & 2 available January.
Bedroom 3 (possibly) from April.
Bedroom 4 from End of July
The rooms are fully furnished, clean and lockable from the inside .
Bills are included in the monthly cost.
You will have use of washing facilities,
shared Lounge, Kitchen and bathroom. Optional use if seperate shower room available to bedroom 2, due to room location being in the basement.
I run my own business and spend some of my time away.
The property is near to the train station (12 minutes walking distance) town centre (16 minutes)
The Bus stop to & from the station and centre
(Is within 2 minutes walking distance).
A University bus pick up point is within 5 minutes walking distance).
Room for bike storage
On street no permit Parking.
Looking for tidy, respectful, hardworking people. The rooms are avaliable for letting for a minimum of 3/6 months stay, possibly longer (agreeable on an additional monthly basis. A deposit is required to hold the room following viewing. Virtual viewing can be arranged.
