-Large bright room, with large bay windows - plenty of light in the room. Beautifully decorated, fully furnished. Including desk, chairs, chest drawers, double bed, book shelves and racks for clothes.

Bedroom 2 the small single is expected to be available soon in summer (date not confirmed yet).

All bills included - includes council tax if this applies and super fibre broadband/wifi.

Short-term and / or couple / pet are welcome (with a surcharge for couple and pet - as long as no housemate is allergic; with a winter fuel surcharge for short let over winter period only). Can provide bedding / towels, essential kitchen utensils etc :)
Downstairs - Large kitchen and dining room. Also, a large cellar which is in the process of becoming a home cinema /entertainment room. Also a spacious patio garden with a swing.

Upstairs - newly refurbished shower and large bath and a cozy single room (taken)

Preferred housemates:

male or female, couple is also ok with extra charge for bill and public spaces. If you are a respectful and friendly person you'll fit right in!

Location:

Street parking available. House is in a desirable location, bus stops, post office, local spar, take-out shops, pubs, hairdressers, post office and the University of Cumbria all within a 2-minute walk, only a 10-15 minutes walk to the town center and hospital, 15-20 minutes walk to the train station.

£250 deposit per room.
