Doubly room (one person)

Hello,

ONLY CONSIDERING MATURE OCCUPENTS...... could be a long term placement if I find the right candidate.

ONE OCCUPANT!! WILL NOT CONSIDER TWO

I am a 38 year old woman with a
2 year 1/2 old child. He sleeps in the same room as me.

Large double room with bed , wardrobe. I do have a telly with a Netflix stick that I don't use that could be used. (My belongings will be removed from the bedroom once let)

Kitchen and bathroom will be shared.
Parking down the side and round the back.

Five mins walk from Aldi, Spar and Tesco express. Bus stop outside my house, train station 20 mins walk.

Looking for someone that lives a peaceful life and socialises ourside of the home. I work full time mon - fri and sometimes occasionally on a Sunday. I live a busy life I am either working, or am usually out and about.

Central of Leyland.
