Luxury king bedroom, private bathroom and home gym

This beautiful double bedroom comes with a king-size ottoman storage bed with memory foam mattress, 8-drawer chest of drawers, triple wardrobe, desk, office chair and bedside table with lamp. You will not struggle for storage here!

The garage is converted to a home gym which you are welcome to use.

The garden is south facing and newly landscaped which provides a wonderful area for relaxation and plenty of sun. The house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac surrounded my trees and very peaceful.

There is off road parking available for 1 car.

I am a live-in landlady and looking for a professional housemate who is respectful, clean and tidy. I would like to share my space with someone who takes care of their own health and wellbeing. I'm friendly and sociable but also appreciate if somebody prefers their own space.

You'll have use of the family 3-piece bathroom as I have my own ensuite. Occasionally I will have a family member/friend stay where they may use the bathroom but it's not often and I will give you notice.

I have an affectionate indoor cat, so liking cats is a MUST and a commitment to keeping the cat indoors. Occasionally I may be away for a few days so would appreciate a lodger who is happy to feed him periodically.

All bills included.

No couples, children or other animals.
