Double bedroom in leyland - female only

I have a double bedroom available to rent in a new build 4 bedroom detached house. I someone who is respectable and tidy to share my home with. I cannot allow someone with pets as I already have 2 dogs (Labrador and cocker spaniel).

The room is furnished however I am happy for you to bring your own furniture if needed. The room doesn’t have an en-suite however the family bathroom would be for your primary use as shown in the pictures.

10 minute walk to leyland train station and good links to motorways.
