I'm looking for a lodger for my spare room in my 3 bedroomed detached home. Available from approx 10th Feb.

It's a small double room so ideal for someone who works away from home and just needs accommodation mid week and goes back home at weekends.

Monday to Friday (4 x nights a week) is £410 per month

It's important to me to find the right person to compliment my current household, this is my home, so if you read this advert and are interested, please email me a few things about yourself, your work/lifestyle and your circumstances please, anything you think useful really before we look to arrange a phone call and then a viewing please. Without that I won't be able to proceed.

Once this room is taken, there will be a total of 2 lodgers and myself in the home, but I work away most of the time, so the majority of the time, it will be just my 2 x lodgers here and I come back some weekends when I can.

A mid thirties Polish chap who works full time rents my other spare room.

Although I'm away a lot, this is my home and only looking for a lodger who will treat my home and my other lodger with respect and consideration/be a trustworthy, nice person to share with.
This is a quiet home, it's for someone who does their socialising with friends outside the home and prefers home to be a quiet place to relax.
I find shares tend to work best this way so that both lodgers and myself, feel comfortable and are not dealing with people they don't know coming and going in the home.

3 x Bed Detached House in a nice quiet area with off road parking.
Shared areas - Lounge, a Separate Dining Area and a Separate kitchen ( not open plan with lounge so one lodger can be cooking and not disturb the other who may be watching TV etc)
1 x Shared Bathroom no ensuite ( no bath, just a walk in wet room style shower - simple and functional)
Back garden
Walking distance to bus stops and Cuerden Valley
Near to motorway junctions good commuting routes

No smokers or vapers of any kind, not even those who only smoke outside.

Must be employed full time, not suitable for wfh. Work reference and previous landlord reference will be needed please.
