I'm looking for a lodger for my spare room as my current lodger is moving away.

Be great for a Monday to Friday lodger working away from home ( at reduced cost) , but, very happy for it to be a full time agreement if required.

Available - Small Double room - £475 per month Furnished ( or £400 a month Monday to Friday only)

It's not a big room

It's important to me that I find the right person to compliment my current household, this is my home, so please do read this advert well and if interested, please email me a bit about yourself, your circumstance/anything you think useful, for the house before we look to arrange a viewing etc. Please can you have a photo on your profile if showing interest in this room.

The house set up:
There will be a total of 2 lodgers and myself in the home, but my job means I work away a lot, so the majority of the time, it will only be my 2 x lodgers in my home and I come back every couple of weekends at the moment.

A Polish chap in his late thirties rents my other spare room, he works full time.

Although I'm away a lot, this is my home and only looking for a lodger who will treat my home and my other lodger with respect and consideration/be a trustworthy, nice person to share with.
This is a quiet home, it's for someone who does their socialising outside the home and prefers home to be a quiet place to relax.
I find shares tend to work best this way so that both lodgers and myself, feel comfortable and are not dealing with people they don't know coming and going in the home.

The House

3 x Bed Detached House in a nice quiet area with off road parking.
Shared areas - Lounge, a Separate Dining Area and a Separate kitchen ( not open plan with lounge so one lodger can be cooking and not disturb the other who may be watching TV etc)
1 x Shared Bathroom no ensuite ( no bath, just a walk in wet room style shower - simple and functional)
Back garden
Walking distance to bus stops and Cuerden Valley
Near to motorway junctions good commuting routes
Near to shops/supermarkets

No smokers or vapers of any kind, not even those who only smoke outside.

Must be employed full time, not suitable for wfh. Work reference and previous landlord reference will be needed please.

Due to work, I can usually only do viewings at weekends
