A very well appointed en-suite double room (super king sized bed) in a modern, warm house.

The room is furnished to a very high standard with a designer super king sized bed and Hulsta wardrobes.

It is on a separate floor from the other bedrooms in the house and is therefore very private.

The house has two lounges, both with access to all major satellite TV channels.

Unlimited broadband is also available.

As the house is over three floors, it will afford a much greater degree of privacy than in a normal shared house.

I am educated to post graduate degree level and would prefer someone educated to degree level themselves, or a professional person with a good job.

I am a busy person with an equally busy social life. Most people regard me as being very friendly. I am letting the room because I have a big house going to waste. I'm not doing it because I need the company at home, because I am out a lot.
