The apartment sits within our house which is a converted barn. The apartment is completely private & self contained & fully furnished. The space has been beautifully decorated & has retained its original beams in all the rooms. It has one bedroom, a bathroom, large sitting room & dining room & a simple kitchenette. The kitchenette has 2 ring hob & small fridge freezer as well as microwave, kettle & toaster. Please note there is no washing machine facilities.
We are looking for someone who likes the countryside & wants a peaceful rural space. Someone quiet, tidy and polite.
We love the outdoors & gardening. Sarah is an occupational therapist & Artist & Jon is a gardener & builder.
The apartment is located one mile from Barbon village, it’s accessible via single track roads. Kirkby Lonsdale is 4 miles away, Sedbergh is 6 miles away.
