The self contained studio apartment sits within a converted barn. We live next door. The apartment has a balcony where you can sit & enjoy the beautiful views. It’s located on a sheep farm & sits in the Yorkshire Dales National Park, with the Lake District
nearby.
The apartment is completely private & fully furnished. The space has been tastefully decorated & has retained its original beams in all the rooms. It has one double bedroom, a bathroom, large sitting room & dining room & a simple kitchenette. The kitchenette has a 2 ring electric hob & sink, small fridge freezer as well as microwave, kettle & toaster. Please note there is no washing machine facilities or oven.
We are looking for someone who likes the countryside & wants a peaceful rural space. Someone quiet, tidy and polite.
We love the outdoors & gardening. Sarah is a Mental Health Occupational Therapist & Artist & Jon is a Gardener & builder. We also keep honey bees!
The apartment is located one mile from Barbon village, it’s accessible via single track roads. Kirkby Lonsdale is 4 miles away, Sedbergh is 6 miles away. Lancaster, Kendal, Stavely are close by.
