The rent includes all bills, weekly cleaning of communal areas plus household shared products eg loo rolls, hand soap, dishwasher tablets etc.

The house is a very spacious 5 bedroomed Victorian terrace with a shared living room, one bathroom, a second separate loo and a laundry drying room for all to use.

There is a large kitchen/dining room, which has a 7 ring 2 oven range cooker, a large american fridge freezer, a washing machine, dishwasher and seating area with dining table.

The house has a south west facing yard area with a garden sofa and chairs and is a lovely suntrap.

The house is a 30 second walk to the sea front, straight onto a secluded quiet cove with the most amazing sunsets Morecambe has to offer and a good location to swim, paddle board or kayak.

It is just a 15 minute pleasant stroll to Heysham village and also into Morecambe town in the opposite direction, which has all the facilities you could wish for!

There is street parking available conveniently on 2 quiet roads to either side of the house and the bus stop into Morecambe and Lancaster centre is less than a minutes walk away, with the train station being a 20 minute walk.

There is excellent WIFI throughout the house for streaming and gaming and whilst there is no tv aerial, streaming via WIFI works well in all rooms.

There is currently myself and one other lodger and my dog Naya. We generally enjoy a quiet, relaxed and sociable home environment; respecting each others space and privacy.

Whilst a weekly clean throughout the communal areas is done by myself and a contracted cleaner all lodgers need to help keep the house clean and tidy by cleaning up behind themselves and to be respectful of the needs of the other members of the household.
