The house is close to the fishermans cottages in Poulton. Town centre & pedder st is 5 minutes walking. Train station 10 minutes walking

The Lounge is furnished with sofa & table. Bedroom with bed wardrobe and chest of drawers. Kitchen has electric cooker & fridge freezer with access to small yard that gets the afternoon sun,
