The house is situated on a quiet estate in a semi-rural location on the outskirts of Brierfield. Close to local amenities; a 5 min walk to the train station, bus stop & tow path and a 5 min drive to the M65 motorway junction 12.
The house is in close proximity to Burnley General & Pendle Community Hospitals and to Lomeshaye & Heasandford Industrial Estates.
There is only one room to let and a lodger will be living with a quiet & considerate homeowner.
I have been letting the room for a good number of years now. My current lodger is leaving after 2 years to work nearer to his family house home. I have had many happy lodgers rent the room over the years
