Thanks for checking this out. if you're looking for a nice clean quiet friendly place to abide where literally no one will bother you this is for you...... the house is 5 minutes walk to the town centre. 10 minutes walk to EDGE HILL, I am by RYBURN rd, L39 4SF
looking for working person (working DAY TIME hours only please) or a STUDENT looking to STUDY not party :)
I have two furnished 1st floor bedrooms in my house i rent out with a shower room between them, as good as en suite and used only by you and the other person.
I have a separate bathroom downstairs and my bedroom is downstairs too.
I am a public sculptor working from home, I am really easy going and very sociable. the house is always clean and gardens well maintained.
its just a quiet peaceful house with lovely gardens to relax at the end of the day.
deposit is just for damages and is returnable on departure.
all bills included except TV license, thats upto you, you must get one if you live stream etc or get a VPN for free. its easily done
