Thanks for checking this out. if you're looking for a nice clean quiet friendly place to abide where literally no one will bother you in it...... 5 minutes walk to the town centre. 10 minutes to EDGE HILL im by RYBURN rd, L394SF

the room pictured is available NOW, its for ONE person BUT WITH A DOUBLE BED.

I have two furnished 1st floor bedrooms in my house i rent out, one is currently occupied by an easy going 31 yr old male edge hill teacher. quiet, clean and polite who's no trouble at all.
I am a sculptor working from home and partener is an engineer student.


the rooms upstairs as shown have a shower room/wc between them, i have a separate bathroom downstairs and my bedroom is downstairs too.

looking for someone working or an MA student or above.. its just a quiet peacefull house to relax at the end of the day, its not a mad house! :)

deposit is just for damages and is returnable on departure.

all bils included exept TV license, thats upto you, you must get one if you live stream etc
