Thanks for checking this out. if you're looking for a nice quiet friendly place to abide where literally no one will bother you in it...... 5 minutes walk to the town centre. 10 minutes to EDGE HILL im by RYBURN rd, L394SF
I have two furnished 1st floor bedrooms in my house i rent out, one is currently occupied by an easy going 34 yr old guy who's been here 4yrs. who's no trouble at all.
the rooms upstairs as shown have a shower room/wc between them, i have a separate bathroom downstairs and my bedroom is downstairs too.
we have a very large garden to rear of property thats lovely in the summer months.
looking for someone working or an MA student or above.. ive been an undergrad and loved it but its just not a party house! i dont drink these days and the two other occupants rarely do.
deposit is just for damages and is returnable on departure.
