Thanks for checking this out. if you're looking for a nice clean quiet friendly place to abide where literally no one will bother you this is for you...... the house is 5 minutes walk to the town centre. 10 minutes walk to EDGE HILL, I am by RYBURN rd, L39 4SF

looking for working person (working DAY TIME hours please) or a student wanting to study peacefully ,not party here :)

ALL BILLS INCLUDED: gas, electricity, water, council tax and internet.
(if you live stream etc. you will need to use a VPN or get a tv license. VPN is free and easy to aquire)

I have two furnished 1st floor bedrooms in my house i rent out with a bathroom between them, as good as en suite and used only by you and the other person.

room with captains bed has just been taken , BUT the one with the settee is available on 6th july.

I have a separate bathroom downstairs and my bedroom is downstairs too.

SO JUST TWO OF YOU UPSTAIRS that share the landing and bathroom thats always spotlessly clean.

I am a public sculptor working from home, I am really easy going and very sociable. the house is always clean and gardens well maintained.

its just a quiet peaceful house to relax at the end of the day.

deposit is just for damages and is returnable on departure.
