I have two furnished 1st floor bedrooms in my house i rent out that are located on the 1st floor with a shower room between them, as good as ensuite really, used only by you ,i have a seperate bathroom down stairs.

I am a public sculptor working from home, im really easy going and very sociable. the house is always clean and gardens well maintained.


the rooms upstairs as shown have a shower room/wc between them, i have a separate bathroom downstairs and my bedroom is downstairs too.

its just a quiet peacefull house to relax at the end of the day, its not a mad house! :

deposit is just for damages and is returnable on departure.

all bills included except TV license, thats upto you, you must get one if you live stream etc or get a VPN for free. its easily done
