Room in Lower Penwortham

Looking for a calm and considerate person, ideally female, who is self sufficient, a professional, is environmentally conscious and considerate in the house, who tidy up after themselves. Not looking for people who work mostly from home, or who would like regular guests and I'm afraid no pets, smokers or vaping in the house.

The double room is available in a beautiful Victorian house. Communal area include bathroom with a walk in shower and stand alone bath, kitchen and living room. There is a calm and floral garden which feels very green due to being surrounded by trees.

It’s in a great location surrounded by countryside just south of the River Ribble, where there is easy access to rural walks along and around the river, Avenham Park and the Guild Wheel, a popular cycle route. The main bus line to Preston centre and train station runs regularly from outside the front door almost. It takes 25-30 mins walk, 15 min cycle up into town or a very cheap and short Uber.

Penwortham is a beautiful town, it has a lovely park which is a 10 minute walk and a really great high street offering craft beer and excellent pizza, trendy bars and a Tesco. Great central location for commuting or heading to N. Wales, Lakes, Peak District.

I work in the outdoor industry and am also a ceramic artist. I’m very easy going and have a gorgeous hypo allergenic dog! She is very friendly and loves cuddles. I love rock climbing, surfing, travel and good food.

I'm looking for a like-minded, liberal person who isn't going to bring stress into the household.
