Spacious single room in Penwortham home - £475

Here we have a bright, comfortable, furnished single room in a three bedroom home in Penwortham. The house is on a quiet private road, walking distance from the town centre, university and train station.

It's a relaxed, studious and friendly home - not a typical house share. The house has two lounges (one each!), a log burner, two cloak rooms, a large garden and a little-used office (which you are welcome to customise), so there's loads of room to spread out. The bathroom is shared but there are two toilets. There's a shared kitchen (with pantry), utility room and dining room.

I'm looking for someone who's sociable, but who also appreciates space and privacy (plenty to be had here). Clean and independent - I have a cleaner, but you need to do the basics. You need to be okay with an old dog.

I do have adult children - they live down south and visit a couple of times a year, but with plenty of notice.

Bonus points if you enjoy good literature - there's a book shelf full of modern classics.

£475 pcm, including all bills (highspeed broadband, Netflix and Prime included!)

£250 deposit

Minimum stay: 6 months
