Located on the first floor with 4 foot double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, small desk and a chair, bedside table.

The house is shared by a female and two further male professionals, and the kitchen is shared between all housemates. There is a washing machine, WIFI is strong. Please note there is no shared lounge.

Parking is available on the street and the house is cleaned every two weeks.

All our homes are fully HMO compliant, with smoke detection fitted throughout as well as all other required safety measures. 
Council Tax is included in the rent.
