Hey everyone! I’m looking for a full-time student to take over my accommodation contract at iQ Kopa (130 Moor Lane, Preston). 

The Details:
Room Type: En-suite (Flat 13, Room F) 

Contract Dates: 20th September 2026 – 11th July 2027 

Rent: £118/week (£4,956 total, paid in installments) 

Bills: All utility bills (gas, electricity, water) are included in the price 

Amenities & Highlights:
Private en-suite bathroom 
Shared kitchen and dining facilities 
Fantastic location right near the University of Lancashire campus 
On-site security and secure electronic access 

Requirements:
Under the university housing terms, you must be a full-time student at the University of Lancashire who does not currently hold an active housing contract with the university. 
Note: There is a standard £25 administrative transfer fee to complete the contract swap which I am WILLING TO COVER! :)
