Rawtenstall centre Double room can come furnished

I live in a 3 bedroom house with my Golden Retriever. There is a double room available to rent. This is currently unfurnished but I am happy to furnish the room for a small extra increase to the deposit (depending on what’s needed).

There is a shared bathroom (with a bath & shower), shared kitchen, shared living space with a large sofa & tv. There is also a shared yard with a table & chairs.

- 2 minute walk to an x43 bus stop (£3 into Manchester City centre)
- 3 minute walk to the centre of Rawtenstall (bank street) & Rawtenstall market (foodie Fridays are very popular there!)
- 5 minute walk to a supermarket
- on street parking (due to the one way system it is easy to find a spot, even though we are close to the centre)
- A lovely, well trained golden retriever that will want to be your best friend!

Deposit is 1 months rent.

I am happy to work on a flexible basis and accepting of short term lets. I am thinking about moving, so I may only be in the house for another few months. For this reason, short term lets will be prioritised.
