A beautiful wooden dining table with space for up to 6 diners and space for working, socialising and eating with other housemates.
The outside area has picnic-style seating and privacy from the street.

The house is situated in the centre of Rawtenstall, which was included on The Sunday Times Best Places to Live (North West) list in 2023, recognising the recent investment in the town. There are many independent shops and fabulous places to eat and drink.
The property has convenient access to Manchester and other areas, either by bus or via the nearby motorway network. It’s just a 30-second walk to the bus station, with regular links to Manchester, Burnley, Blackburn, and Bury. Tesco, Asda, ALDI, Lidl, and M&S are all located in Rawtenstall, making everyday shopping easy and accessible.
The M66 bypass/motorway is a 1-minute drive from the house.
The house is situated on a quiet street and offers public parking immediately outside the house.
