Bedroom includes 1 sets of large drawers; 1 set of small drawers; double bed with mattress, bedding, quilt, pillows, bed-side rug bath and hand towels. Room also has a walk-in wardrobe with lots of coat hangers and plenty of storage space. Room is fitted with a TV aerial.

House comprises shared kitchen with built in appliances with breakfast bar; walkthrough dining room. Large tv on dining room wall.

Shared shower room (shower cubicle is very large). Gas central-heated throughout (very warm!)

There is also a separate shared lounge with 32" tv which has sky & a Blu-ray player. The room has recently been refurbished.

House comes with broadband (excellent signal). Ample on-street parking.

Rent is inclusive of all bills.

The bedroom has recently been refurbished.

A new front door & windows, and a new stairs and landing carpet have been fitted which means that the whole house has been refurbished.

House is a five minute walk to the shops on the high street, market and the big ASDA. Retail park and other supermarkets are a 10-minute walk. Off-street parking on a very quiet street. Main bus stops (to Manchester, Burnley, Accrington, Bury, Blackburn, Rochdale) only a 5-minute walk away. For car drivers, the bypass which takes you to the M66 (to Bury and Manchester), is about half a mile away. To the M65 is about 5-6 miles away.

I am looking for a minimum 6-month commitment.. House mate needs to be clean & tidy; not too noisy; and possess a sense of humour.

About me: keen fell & mountain runner (it's a slight passion), keeping fit in the week and at weekends, novice baker, terrible dancer. Easy going, minimal house rules other than no smoking; keep the house clean and speak up if you break/damage anything.
