Double room with good motorway links

Light and spacious double room with a large south facing window overlooking a small woodland - no neighbours except for the birds!
It has a double bed with drawers and clothes rail. It could probably all be rearranged so that you can get a desk in if you need to or I have another bedroom that might work too depending on what you need.
It’s a fairly small terrace house with open plan living / kitchen area. Well equipped kitchen with lots of dishes and pans, coffee machine and a Ninja air fryer. There’s more storage in the cellar plus there’s a small yard at the back for a bike etc

There’s parking directly infront and there’s a bus stop and a post box a few metres away.

I’m a 31 year old corporate girl who works from home 9-5 and then am out every evening as soon as I finish work so no fighting over the kitchen in the evenings if you like to cook. I’m often working away too for weeks at a time.

I have a spare 32” tv which I can put up on the wall in the bedroom too.

I have pets so must be ok with lizards and the odd pet hair.

All bills included, including:
Superfast broadband
Netflix and Prime streaming
Heating set to 20°C constant
Toilet roll, kitchen roll etc all paid for too

Happy to get a fortnightly cleaner (extra £30/month each)
