Available end of Nov/mid Dec large private room at rear annex of house in rural location. Own outside seating area and private entrance to small hallway with shower room off hallway. Own fridge, washer/dryer, microwave, kettle and toaster. The room has a king size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and desk. Bedding and towels provided. Shared kitchen with freezer space, lounge and dining room. There are 2 dogs and 2 cats and will accept one dog. There is a enclosed rear garden. Will consider 3 or 6 month let periods. Scorton is a picturesque village close to the trough of Bowland and Nicky Nook Fell, with walks from dootstep, great cafes and gift shops. The village is a mile from A6 and approx 3 miles from M6. Close driving distance to Lancaster University (6 miles), Lancaster City (8 miles) and Preston City (14 miles).
