Self contained annex

Available end of Feb/mid March large private room at rear annex of house in rural location. Private entrance to small hallway with shower room off hallway. Own fridge, washer/dryer, microwave, kettle and toaster. The room has a king size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and desk. Bedding and towels provided. Shared kitchen, lounge and dining room. There are 2 dogs and 2 cats and will accept one dog. There is a enclosed rear garden. Will consider 3 or 6 month let periods. Scorton is a picturesque village close to the trough of Bowland and Nicky Nook Fell, with walks from dootstep, great cafes and gift shops. The village is a mile from A6 and approx 3 miles from M6. Close driving distance to Lancaster University (6 miles), Lancaster City (8 miles) and Preston City (14 miles).
