Room available in quiet, mature household.
Mature female preferred.
Must have an occupation outside the home with predictable daytime hours (no working from home).
Must be a dog lover — I have a large, friendly 11‑month‑old puppy.
Quiet living essential, especially at night.
Must be willing to share cleaning and to see when things need cleaning without being told :)
Looking for someone responsible, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces, compliant with basic standards of hygiene ;) I know - shouldn’t have to say that
