I’m looking for a lodger to share my clean and comfy house. It’s a work in progress as I’m decorating bit by bit, but it’s homely and has everything you need.

You’ll be sharing with me and my large, friendly, very bouncy dog. He’s raw-fed, so if you’re squeamish about meat or bones, this probably isn’t the right place for you.

There’s only one bathroom, so consideration is key — that means:
• Not hogging it, using it at a reasonable time.
• Leaving it clean and dry
• No late-night wet floor surprises
• Cleaning the loo after use
• Sharing responsibility for properly cleaning the bathroom, not just wiping around

Everything in the house runs on meters — including the water. I’m a three-minute shower type, and while I don’t expect the same from you, please be mindful that hot water costs money.

Smoking or vaping is outside only — there’s a shed if the weather’s grim.

I do the usual housework but expect someone who’s happy to pull their weight, especially with keeping shared spaces clean. I have a dishwasher and I strongly prefer it gets used.

I mostly hang out in the kitchen, so the lounge is usually free. You’re welcome to use it — I’d actually prefer if you didn’t just disappear into your room 24/7. It’s nice to have a bit of company now and then.

I’m looking for someone considerate, clean, and easy-going.
