Room for rent from jan 2027

Hi, Come January 2027 my name is naomi and will be renting out a room in my house. I live here with my dog Bryan who is a young staffy but very friendly and when im out he goes in a crate. The kitchen and living room will be shared . I work full time as a health care professional at my local hospital sp my family call in when Im at work to check on Bryan .
Would be ideal for possible a mature student or professional , in quite area with good travel links to edge hill college and the main town centres such aa southport, liverpool ,ormskirk and wigan . The rental amount includes utility bills such as gas, electric, water and council tax .
