Double room to rent in nice estate

A double room is available to an individual or couple, in a large house on Frobisher Drive in St Anne’s. The landlord works in the area occasionally as well as other parts of the UK so will not be present all the time. A second room in the property is also advertised for rent. There is a shared bathroom, large kitchen/dining room, and living room. Pets are welcome; be aware that the landlord has two large, friendly, yellow American Labradors. I will be paying the council tax (band C) and bills, and this is rejected in the monthly rental amount.
