A full time vacancy for a female lodger is available for viewing from 7th January 2026. This is a chance to have a long term stay and feel like home.
The monthly fee can also be paid weekly if preferred at £170, pw. No minimum period of stay so also suitable for short term contract workers in the local area. Situated midway between Preston and Lancaster, a few minutes drive from the beautiful town of Garstang. Easy reach of M55 and M6 both north and South and Preston centre around 20 minutes drive.
In a large bungalow in it's own private grounds in the middle of St Michael's village, a short walk from the pub, garage and church. A double room which can include bedding, sheets, pillows, duvet including a winter electric blanket. Many extras ,listed below also included.
A Monday to Friday working person can also be considered at £130.00 per week. This would include a weekly room and bathroom clean as well as a change of bedding and towels. The worker would return home on Fridays.
Suitable for those studying or working at locations including nearby Myerscough College and Preston or Lancaster Universities.
Also suitable for working professional in local employment such as BAE systems and Preston Royal hospital.
This bungalow is not suitable for home workers ,if WFH for more than a day. a week.
The room cost Includes all hot drinks, tea, coffee, milk, sugar, condiments, oil, herbs, hand wash soap, toilet roll, toilet cleaner, kitchen roll, foil, etc. A car or electric bike is essential for this location.
The full time room cost includes council tax. You are eligible for entry onto the electoral roll.
